A Little About Me

Frances Maples (She/Her)

As a little kid, before I could hold a pencil or knew how to spell, I would dictate stories to my mother and make her type them up for me. My intent was to turn these stories into manuscripts that I could send off to a publishing company and become the world's first five year old novelist.

I must have some degree of dedication, because decades later I have a career as a writer. I attended Sarah Lawrence College where I studied various forms of writing before finally finding that my passion lay in writing video games. (Though I do still write prose from time to time.) I have most recently worked for Sucker Punch Productions.
